Shustoke Farm Barns Wedding – Sarah & Tom

From the moment I arrived at Sarah’s house, I knew this day was gonna be epic. The whole morning was full of smiles and laughter. Sarah was surrounded by her best friends and family and you could tell she was crazy excited for the day ahead. Make-up was applied, presents were exchanged, Prosecco was gulped and finally, everyone got dressed for the occasion.

I had my second shooter, Chris Bunce, handling the boys in the morning. From the images he captured, It seems just as much fun was had over with them. Once Tom was ready, he and his team headed over to Coleshill’s Shustoke Farm Barns to await Sarah’s arrival.

The barn ceremony was beautiful and once the ‘I do’s’ finished, everyone piled out to Shustoke’s beautiful courtyard for drinks, nibbles and a suntan. Once the cocktail of alcohol and sun had made everyone giddy,  it was on to the speeches & a self-carve dinner.

As the evening approached the party stepped up a gear. To say Sarah & Tom smashed their first dance is an understatement. It has to be in the top 5 first dances Ive ever seen and a true contender for the top spot. There’s true history to their song choice of Dirty Dancing’s ‘Time of My Life’. They became a couple whilst the song played at Glastonbury and they tried (and apparently failed) the famous lift. A few years later they found themselves back in the same tent at Glastonbury dancing to the same tune and when Sarah came running towards Tom to once again attempt the lift, he got down on one knee and proposed (What a legend). So there was only one choice for their first dance together and they took it to the next level. With a little help from their friends, they even managed the lift…sort of 🙂

The dance floor stayed full until the end of the night, ties were tied around heads and everyone pulled shapes like it was going out of fashion. The perfect end to Sarah & Tom’s fantastic Shustoke Farm Barns Wedding.
