It seems i’m spending much of my time of late being in Worcestershire capturing beautiful weddings. This time, Cath & Tyler took me to the beautiful village of Belbroughton to photograph their perfect DIY village wedding. Cath & Tyler live in Canada (Tyler being Canadian and all) but coming back to Cath’s homeland to tie the knot with her family around her was mega important to  her and what a day it was!

Starting in a quant little hair dressers in the village, Cath donned the rollers with team bride by her side. Once the hair was perfect, we all went back to her childhood home where everyone howled at old videos, looked at photos and generally had a beautiful morning.

The only hiccup of the day came when the VW van that was meant to take Cath and her dad to the church broke down and they had to flag a random passer by down who very kindly gave them a lift to Church. Surprisingly, despite this mini emergency, it was all smiles from the bride when she arrived and the rest of the ceremony went to plan.

A very short walk across the road to the village hall followed and tasty food, lots of laughs, beautiful speeches and some great dance moves made up the rest of the day. All in all it was a fantastic wedding & I was so pleased I was a small part of it. Congratulation to Cath & Tyler and thank you for having me as your Worcestershire wedding photographer.
