Leicestershire DIY Wedding
Aimee & Reg’s Leicestershire DIY wedding was a colourful, fun and relaxed day. Starting off at Aimee’s house with her daughter, parents and best friends around her, the day began with loads of laughter and pretty much continued that way. My friend Chris was second shooting for me and had a great morning with the boys.
We all met up at St Wistans Church and Aimee & Reg exchanged vows and rings in front of a jam-packed church of family and friends. Everyone pilled out the church and created an epic confetti tunnel before getting on a bus and headed over to the reception. The happy couple and I stayed back and took some lovely pictures together around the grounds of the church.
Everyone found their way over to Leicestershire’s Kibworth Grammar School Hall where Julia from Curious Magpie had converted the school hall into the perfect wedding venue. The party started from that point and just got bigger and better as the day went on. These guys knew how to do a wedding dance-floor!
Big thanks again to Aimee & Reg for letting me be their Leicestershire DIY wedding photographer and for all the cool suppliers that help make their day so cool. Big shout out to Bee Davies Illustration and their amazing Jacket that Aimee rocked. Love to Sash + Veil for Aimee’s awesome pink veil. The stunning floristry skills of Beauty & the Rose. Big up to Sean White Films for capturing the day and being a joy to shoot alongside.
Cracking set of images, love that kids expression throwing the ball to the bride, great moment captured.
That last photo -I burst out laughing :D. Amazing wedding day and so well documented. Love it.
Great images mate. Loving the bride pinching the groom’s bum in the church shot and the old school telephone limbo shot!
Look like a great fun wedding. Ball Pools should be made mandatory I reckon. Nicely captured.
Totally agree on this Dan, every wedding couple should be forced to hire a fun bus 🙂
