Hadsham Farm Wedding Photographer
When you get asked to be the wedding photographer by a wedding videographer it really is a great thing. These guys work with different photographers every week and yet Shane from Re-Live It Wedding Video asked me to be his & Juliet’s Hadsham Farm wedding photographer. I guess I must be doing something right 🙂
I could wax lyrical about this day until the cows came home but I will let the pictures do the talking. What I will say is that Shane & Juliet are AWESOME, their wedding was AWESOME and I think Shane goes on record for producing one of the most entertaining Groom’s speeches in history. A big shout out to the fantastic supplies that made the day what it was. Ricky Locke The Magician smashed it, the super tasty food was by Cardona & Son BBQ Truck. The band that’s rocked the dance floor was The Karma Club Band. Thank you Juliet & Shane for letting me be your Hadsham Farm wedding photographer.
Hadsham Farm wedding venue
Hadsham Farm Wedding venue is situated in the North Oxfordshire countryside. It’s an exclusive use, dry-hire style venue, which basically means you can have exactly the wedding you want and is perfect for those wanting to DIY as much as possible. The large Tipi allows for up to 150 seated guests and sits overlooking a beautiful large lake. For those wanting to do the whole day at the venue, the outdoor ceremony space is perfectly placed with the venue and lake behind it. I’ve shot some beautiful outdoor ceremonies recently and these kinds of celebrations are fast becoming a favorite of mine.
The farm also has bell tents for guests to hire, space for guests to bring their own tents, and some luxury cabin style huts for the bride & groom to get ready in and/or spend the night.
Are you planning a Hadsham Farm Wedding Day?
I asked Juliet & Shane a few questions about planning their wedding and what was important and wasn’t. Here’s what they had to say
What would be your top tip for a future couple getting married? – Chill out, don’t sweat the small stuff. It isn’t about putting on a show, it’s about celebrating with your loved ones. If you’re married at the end of it…then it all went to plan, nothing else really matters.
Are there any areas or items you would advise future couples not to spend so much money on? – We managed to do so many aspects of the wedding ourselves. DIY decor, flowers from various supermarkets. Don’t feel like you have to spend loads on wedding favors (we had none). Your guests get the gift of a happy fun-filled day, they don’t need a mini succulent.
If a future couple wanted to make sure their wedding was the best party ever what advice would you give them? – Get your first dance in the bag as early as you can. Then you can relax and really party.

Here’s what Juliet & Shane had to say about their experience with me… “Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with from initial inquiry through to after the wedding. Being a wedding videographer myself and having worked alongside Jonathan, we knew we were in safe hands. Our photographs are perfect and Jonathan really captures the vibe of the day, finding all those perfect little moments that may get missed by a normal eye. No pressure when it comes to your portrait photographs, it’s more like you’re just hanging out with a friend and having a laugh. Thanks again Jonathan for adding to the magic of our big day, we have had so many comments on the awesome ‘banter’ photographer. One of the best decisions we made by far.”
