I love a good engagement photography session. It really allows me to get to know my couples ahead of their wedding day. The banter flows, the nerves melt away and generally we have a great couple of hours. Nearly all my couples tell me before booking that at least one of them are nervous in front of the camera, so these engagement photoshoot sessions allow them to see how relaxed I am and hopefully they see that i’m fun to be around so that theres no fear of the photos when the big day arrives.

Laura & Simeon’s engagement session was no different and we had a great laugh walking around Bradgate Park on a chilly October morning. I got to hear loads more about their upcoming big day and strange selfy photography crazies they saw whilst travelling. In-between that we captured some lovely images.

Here’s to the wedding guys…..I for one cannot wait 🙂
