At the back end of 2016, when the temperatures had proper dropped and the nights drew in fast, I had the absolute pleasure of shooting Hannah & Rachel’s wedding at Staffordshire’s beautiful Packington Moor wedding venue.
What made this wedding even more special was the fact that this was the first time I had photographed a ‘first look’. More popular with our American cousins, A first look is when the couple see each other before the ceremony and it is sooooooo emotional. I absolutely loved it and hope to do more in 2017.

I photographed the wedding with my old Coates & Stain partner Roo, which allowed us to tell the whole story of the day from both Hannah & Rachel’s perspective. As I spent the morning with Hannah & Roo was with Rachel, It wouldn’t be right for me to share Roo’s images here, so all images below are mine (hence the lack of any Rachel getting ready shots).

After a super relaxed yet emotional morning with Hannah, her sister, mum and best friend, I headed over to Packington Moor for a beautiful ceremony and party to remember forever.
